Discount Rates are as follows:
Rates in
U.S. Funds High Season ( Memorial Day Week-through Labor
Day Week) $2399-$3599 weekly. During the high season, we rent strictly
Monthly, WEEKLY- Saturday to Saturday or for the entire
season.
Weekends available during the low season only. (2 night
minimum) except Holidays ( which has a 4 night
minimum)
Low Season-depends on number of guests, dates and length
of stay. Weekends available during the low season only. (2 night
minimum).
Rates are higher for Holidays, Holiday weekends and Special
Events. 4 night minimum for Thanksgiving, X-mas, New Years and other
Holidays.

notice.

Rental
Paperwork
A signed rental agreement, House
Rules document and a 50% payment is required before your rental
reservation is accepted. The final 50% payment is due 60 days prior to the
commencement of your rental.
Cancellation & Refunds
If cancellation is
unavoidable, we will try to rerent the property. If we are successful, a
refund for the rerented property at the new rented rates (less any
commissions, discounts or other promotional pricing), less a $250
processing fee, will be made. Refunds will be made by credit card or check
depending on the initial rental deposit payment.
Security Deposit & Damages
The security deposit
is 35% of the Rate. Any damage to the property, furnishings, and
household items other than normal wear and tear, and/or any excessive
cleaning required, is the responsibility of the renter. Assessment of any
such damages/cleaning is made by Michigan Sanctuaire LLC in its sole
discretion.
Telephone & Internet Access
Local calls are
free, but all long distance calls must be charged to a telephone credit
card or major credit card. Dataport is conveniently situated by the
telephone in the kitchen for your laptop Internet access.
Smoking Is Not Permitted
Sorry, no exceptions and
strictly enforced.
Pet
Policy
With our prior written approval, certain very
exceptional dogs may be allowed with increased cleaning fee and an
additional pet refundable security deposit. Please inquire during
your rental request. Sorry, due to allergies, no other pets will be
considered.
